Our processing time of approximately 2 weeks is counted from the date we receive the ashes from you. During this period, we create the piece, seal the ashes and carefully prepare and package your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons or special promotions.
Delivery Time
Once the processing period is complete, your parcel will be handed over to Parcelforce Worldwide for delivery. Parcels typically take up to 3 days to arrive at their destination. However, please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during transit.
